Liberal-challenged CA

Apparently the liberals have moved to Iowa leaving none in California.

I am in shock that Proposition 8 was upheld by the California Supreme Court today and yet, they're allowing the existing same-sex marriages to stand. 

Um... what?  Now only SOME same-sex marriages are ok?  It's just a matter of timing?  C'mon, people! 

 REALLY?

I'm SO disappointed.

California is not as liberal as many people think. We have had many years of conservative leadership here. I am not saying that I am happy or proud of that, but it is what it is.

So much time and money was spent by certain religious and political groups to influence things here.
